¶  The Air Travel Center offers free access to nearly a hundred million fares held privately by over a hundred airline consolidators in 37 countries. Beyond that are broker and airline discounted fares and all types of travel packages and products. Beyond that, there is likely no travel related question that cannot be answered by a little research. Your investment is your time and nothing more.

¶  Become familiar with the website. Learn the strengths and the expectable inventory accessed by each internet booking engine. More than seven hundred airlines and the inventory of numerous consolidators in every world region are integrated and aggregated here at the Air Travel Center. The more you learn, the quicker your access, the shorter time spent serving each client - well.

¶  When you locate available seats on a routing and at a price approved by your client, pretend that you are your client and input everything of your client as required by each internet booking engine. Any paper tickets will be sent directly to your client. You may want to input your email address so you can manage all communications for your client. You can forward confirmations and e-tickets and anything else your client needs to receive.

¶  The Air Travel Center is paid only a few dollars or euros or pounds for each ticket sold. Our earnings are scarcely noticed in the scheme of things so you are free to charge your client separately for your agency fees or per ticket fees or whatever you normally charge for a walk in or telephone order.

¶  As you become familiar with and adept at using the Air Travel Center to book flights and other travel products for your clients, the time you devote to each shopping task will become less and less but will always be a wee bit more than when you use the CRS that you normally use. The up-side is that you and your agency do not have to pay any membership or subscription fees - ever - because the Center has already paid the fees, secured the contracts, and jumped through all the hoops.
